🔒 HAR Files Have Sensitive Data We only process the HAR file in your browser (nothing is sent over the internet) until you click the "Parse" button.

🚫 Clear the Junk Hit "Clear" in the Network tab just before browsing through your data for best results & for exporting multiple parts.

💡 Pro Tip Just drag and drop your HAR file here for easier use!

Download Public APIs from Postman

Postman is a very similar service to ours, which offers tools to explore and develop APIs for a variety of purposes. They also offer an Official API, however it’s not built for “scraping” Postman’s rich library of APIs that you may be interested in if you’ve used our service before (we specialize in extracting useful data from APIs).

Scraping Postman

However, this doesn’t mean we can’t use Postman’s website API for scraping purposes, as we can visit the Postman API Directory and intercept the data it sends to the browser to populate the directory, extracting Postman’s API directory this way.

1. Browse Postman APIs

Visit the Postman API Directory and apply any search or filters you need. Then right click on the page and hit “Inspect” to open up developer tools which will begin recording your web traffic. Now refresh the page to reload the initial results and scroll through the page to load data into your browser while you’re recording, hitting the next button as needed.

2. Export & Download

Once you’ve browsed through enough data, look for the “Network” tab in developer tools and click the down arrow labeled “Export HAR…” to download a HAR file containing a copy of the data Postman sent to your browser.

Upload that file to the HAR File Web Scraper and look for the parse group containing the API directory in it. Click “Parse Group” there and you’ll then see all of the downloadable collections you can save to your computer and analyze in Excel or similar spreadsheet programs.
