Often times a worker will require certain inputs to communicate with a third party, such as a password. To automate requests on your behalf, we allow you to provide values to use repeatedly as a "Vault Entry" and are stored on our servers (encrypted if elected).
If a worker is configured to save responses it receives from third parties, these will be saved and stored on our servers. This data is known as "Collection Results" and may be collected on-demand or automatically if you schedule a worker to run on a schedule.
Credit card information is neither transmitted to nor saved on our servers, and instead sent directly to a third party for processing. We store metadata about your credit card for internal operations and bookkeeping, such as credit card type and expiration date.

We permit access to data gathered on your behalf via API, in which you may create and revoke API keys used to access your data.
If you provide an API key to a third party, you are granting this third party consent to access your account data from our service.
Additionally, when you proxy traffic through our service we will forward the IP address you used to launch the server in question to the request receiver.
In cases where a legal or government authority has a legitimate request for us to turn over data, or in cases of emergency or exceptional cases, we will provide data to the requesting party.
We store your personal data until you delete it or deactivate your account. After deletion, it rests for 60 days on backups until permanent deletion.
We retain your personal data for as long as we hold a legitimate reason to do so.
Sensitive personal information, such as vault entries and extracted data, is stored indefinitely until you either manually delete these items or close your account.
Once such data is deleted, it will be retained for up to 60 days as part of our standard backup procedures until it is permanently deleted from our backup archives.
Some data will be stored on our systems indefinitely for legal and accounting compliance, such as to comply with an audit.
Transactional data and evidence such as servers launched, their IP addresses and domains accessed may not be deleted for internal accounting requirements and will be retained after account termination.

If you deactivate your account, you will lose editing rights to your work, but another user will be able to resume these rights and carry on your work.
At your request, we store sensitive data required to operate workers (such as passwords and API keys) in an encrypted format to provide an additional layer of security. While we encourage platform contributors to make this the default option when necessary, it is your responsibility to ensure you encrypt sensitive data.
You are able to view, update and delete most personal information we have collected about you via our platform. You can contact us for additional requests.
You have choices in how we use your data and how you exercise your requests for changes to your data or consent.
You may request a copy of your information, object to us using your information or request that we delete existing information.
At any time you may log in to your account to view your profile and data we have collected on your behalf, exporting it via API in a portable fashion. You may also delete sensitive data in your account this way.
You can object to and restrict us from processing your personal information at any time by deactivating your account.
You may opt out of marketing communications by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the end of each marketing email we send. You may not unsubscribe from transactional emails relating to your account activity, however you can control your notification preferences in your account settings.
You may withdraw your consent to us processing your data at anytime via the platform (disable any and all workers scheduled to process data). This will not affect data previously processed, which you may manually delete from our systems.
You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority regarding our data collection practices and use of personal information.
