Your user access token that has permission to read the comments of posts from your page.
You can generate this token here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/explorer/
You need to then select your page you use for running ads and make sure you have the following permissions:

Pagination cursor. Run this initially without a cursor then look for the value under paging.cursors.after and re-use that here to get the next page.
